We recently helped a family in West Chester, PA remodel their kitchen. They wanted to turn their outdated and cramped space into a modern, open concept kitchen that would suit their lifestyle and needs.

They chose Kraftmaid cabinets with a shaker style door that has interior cove molding. They decided to go with a fresh white dove color. The result was a stunning and elegant kitchen that matched their home’s style and personality.

Additionally, they added a few other features to their space:

  • Multiple sinks: The homeowners wanted to have more than one sink in their kitchen so they could work on different tasks without interfering with each other. They installed two separate sinks, so they could wash dishes, prepare food, or fill pots without crowding each other.
  • Coffee nook area: The homeowners loved coffee, so they wanted to have a dedicated area for their coffee maker and accessories. This new cozy and convenient coffee nook includes cabinets for storage and a small counter for brewing.
  • Island with seating: The family wanted to have an island that could serve as a breakfast bar, a dining table, or a work station. They intentionally included plenty of seating on both sides, so they could enjoy their meals, entertain guests, or do homework with their kids. The island also had drawers and cabinets for extra storage space.
  • Pass-through window: To create an open and airy feel in the kitchen, the created a pass-through window that connects the two rooms and added visual interest. This includes cabinetry and storage on both sides so they could store their dishes, books, or decorations.
  • Multiple ovens, a stovetop, and a convection microwave: There is no gathering too big for this kitchen with the multiple appliances available. This kitchen renovation allows them to easily cook multiple dishes at once or handle large gatherings.
  • Tons of countertop space: The homeowners wanted to have ample countertop space in their kitchen, so they could chop, mix, knead, or roll without running out of room. They installed durable countertops that covered the entire perimeter of the kitchen and the island. The countertops also had a subtle gray veining that complement the white cabinets.

We are thrilled to see how happy the homeowners are with their new kitchen. They said it was everything they dreamed of and more!
